Aimee Coveney: Tom Ford AW15 Ready-to-Wear

The Tom Ford runway was beautifully covered in white rose petals, which gave the appearance of snow. The collection had a Victorian feel and also a 70's vibe to it. The collection consisted of; Macramé skirts, graphic prints, tiered dresses, denim, puffy sleeves, animal prints, chunky statement knot tied necklaces, patchwork, fringing, leather, knee high boots, peplum tops, shearling coats, feather jewellery, turtle necks, fur jackets, pencil skirts and velvet. The hair was styled by Sam McKnight and tied into loose messy buns. As for the make-up the main focus was on the eyes. The make-up look was created by make-up artist Mary Greenwell by using; Tom Ford Eye Colour Quad in Cocoa Mirage on the eyes and then the eye shadow was topped off with the Tom Ford Deep Mink Lip Colour to add a subtle shimmer to the eyelids. Also several coats of the Tom Ford Extreme Mascara was applied to create full eyelashes. The cheeks were then contoured and highlighted using the Tom Ford Shade & Illuminate. As for the lips they were kept nude by using the Tom Ford Lip Colour Shine in Bare. Lastly the nails were painted with the Tom Ford Toasted Sugar Nail Lacquer.
